Gel Blasters are a toy, that is powered by battery, manual loaded spring , or gas (Co2/Green Gas) that shoots non harmful gel balls. Gel Blasters are similar to Airsoft Guns, but are less harmful, don’t have the ability to shatter glass, dent steel, and the ammunition is non-toxic, and biodegradable, making it a great alternative for kids and family.

Gel Blasters are a toy and in the United States are not considered a firearm, therefore no license is required. Please check your local state laws regarding legal ownership as it varies from state to state.

All gel blasters are generally tested at the factory, you will see traces of gels in magazines because of this, this DOES NOT mean the gel blaster is used.

On your gel blaster, you may also find minor scratches from the assembly process at the factory, or grease/lubricant on certain parts of the gel blaster, this DOES NOT mean the gel blaster is used.

The only "used" blasters sold will be clearly advertised as CLEARANCE/REFURBISHED in the listing.

ALL blasters sold, unless advertised are in brand new, unused condition.

Gel Blasters are a toy and in the United States are not considered a firearm, they are legal in all states where airsoft is legal, and bound to the same conditions under law.Gel Blasters which are based on or replicate the appearance of a real firearm will be prohibited in a few states, and we will only be authorised to send gel blasters which have a toy or sci-fi appearance:

• New York Metro (5 Boroughs - Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx)

Licensing may apply in these areas for legal ownership, we recommend checking with your local authorities.

All items are in stock unless stated otherwise. Demand is high and if we are sold out we may at time advertise pre-orders, items for pre-order are noted on the product's page, and advised again in cart and at checkout. We would love to be able to give you a 100% accurate answer when we're re-stocking on a certain sold out item(s). Unfortunately there are too many variable factors in order to do this. Our stock is produced on demand, with large production lead times, and long shipping times from the factories to us. While we can provide you with an estimated time frame, it will always be an estimation unless the stock is en-route to us.

When an item is out of stock we open pre-orders (purchase before the item arrives).

In this time, more stock is on the way and we give you the chance to put a pre-order through so we can allocate the stock to you. Once you pre-order, the item is guaranteed and is secured! We don't sell it to anyone else. If you want the item, we definitely recommend pre-ordering as stocks do sell fast and often times sells out before the items even land in the USA

We definitely recommend using your gel blaster ONLY in your backyard/house or in designated fields and arenas if it has a realistic appearance and can be confused for a real firearm. 

If you require technical help and wish to make an enquiry about a potential issue you may be experiencing, please send us through an email to contact@tactoys.com with your order number and attach a video showcasing the issue and the process you go through to use the blaster, and try to capture the issue occurring.

This would include (where applicable): filling the mag with hydrated gel balls until full, connecting the charged battery to the blaster, priming the blaster/magazine, firing, and then finally removing the mag to see if any gel balls fall out, in addition to replicating and explaining the issue.

The video will be reviewed by our tech-team, who will then advise the next step. All technical enquiries must be made in writing.

Yes! All gel blasters purchased through TacToys come with warranty. Some gel blaster models will also come with a blaster-specific instruction sheet outlining use/care, please ensure to read them! Warranty Periods:

Entry Level (Under $99) - 60 days

Mid Range (up to $100-299) - 90 days

Premium ($300+) - 6 Months  

If you require technical help and wish to make a warranty-claim for a potential issue you may be experiencing, please send us through an email to contact@tactoys.com with your order number and attach a video showcasing the issue.

Any modifications to the gel blaster or tampering/disassembly, incorrect use, or lack of maintenance will void the warranty.  If we find evidence that the blaster has been tampered with, or that the issue being experienced with the blaster is a result of improper use/force, warranty will not be applicable. This means any costs involved in repairing the blaster, including return postage costs, will be billed to the customer.

Unfortunately, TacToys cannot at this time offer modification/installation services for internal or external gel blaster upgrades. This may change in the future and we will update everyone via social media. Keep an eye out for custom blasters which have been internally and/or cosmetically upgraded which may be listed on our website from time to time.

Please remember that all gel blasters are toys, so experiencing some jams is normal. One of the main causes of jams in gel blasters are the gel balls. This can be attributed to inconsistencies in gel ball sizing, quality or the softness of the gel balls, or if the gel balls have dried out partially. We do not reccomend using "starter gels" (the gels that come in the box,) as they are soft, very low quality, and barely work with the blaster the factory has included these gels with. We do not initiate returns if you're experiencing jamming & misfires, and have only tried low quality starters gels, our next step will be reccomending branded quality gels.

We would recommend trying with a fresh batch of hydrated gels (preferable the milky white gel balls). Please make sure to follow all hydrating instructions, and to fill the magazine until full through the trap door prior to use. If you are experiencing jamming across an array of blasters we also recommend trying our Ronin Gel Balls which have been designed to have Ultra Consistent sizing to work with a variety of Gel Blasters.

If the jams persist and you feel the cause is blaster-related, please make sure to email us at: contact@tactoys.com with your order number and a video attached showcasing this.

Please keep your gel blaster concealed at all times. When transporting your gel blaster in public, we would recommend using a rifle bag or carrying it in a box. It is US Federal Law to ensure that if your blaster is based on or replicates the appearance of a real firearm, you must transport it with the orange tip affixed to the barrel end.

Do not carry, display, or use your gel blaster in public spaces. The public may perceive your gel blaster as an actual firearm, which could lead to penalties and charges from the authorities. The severity of these charges may vary by state. 

Charge times depend on how depleted/low the battery is prior. Both the standard 7.4v and upgraded 11.1v batteries can take approximately 1-2 hours to charge (sometimes longer if almost fully depleted). A green light will display when your battery is fully charged.

Once fully charged, disconnect the battery and turn off the charger to avoid over-charging. Please remember to never leave the battery unattended whilst on charge. 

The gel balls arrive to you dehydrated in a small packets of up to 10,000 balls. Add the gel balls to water for at least 4 hours and the balls will grow to 7-8mm. One packet of 10,000 will grow perfectly in a 3L/3 quart/100 fl oz bottle.  When the gel ball is shot from the gel blaster, it explodes on impact into small pieces like jelly. The gel dissipates after a short time and leaves no mess to clean up! It is also non toxic. Please make sure to hydrate the gel balls for a minimum of 4 hours and drain the excess water from the gel balls when loading your magazine, otherwise your magazines will be rusted and un-usable. 

The main difference is the density or how much force it takes to crush the Titan gel balls in comparison to standard gel balls. The Titan gel balls have a higher threshold, meaning they hurt more when you are hit by them.

If you are wanting to take your gel ball game to the next level, we would definitely recommend using the Titan gels.

We recommend hydrating gel balls for the 4 hour minimum, then draining the water and leaving them in a sealed container until you wish to use them. For long term storage, put the gel balls in a sealed container or bottle in the fridge. 

Failure to place in an airtight container will result in the balls shrinking back to their original size, or an un-usable size. If the balls shrink, you can hydrate them again however it won't be as firm as originally experienced, you may also encounter feeding or performance issues. Please make sure to also empty the magazine and clear the chamber once finished using the gel blaster, to avoid blockages.

Yes, 100%! Gel balls are completely non toxic, environmentally friendly and leave no mess, residue or stains.

Yes, we ship USA wide. We cannot ship replica or realistic gel blasters to New York and its 5 Boroughs, or Chicago. All orders placed by residents of these areas will be reviewed. Orders from California as of Jan 1st 2020 require age verification for realistic/replica Gel Blaster purchases delivered within California. If you are purchasing one of these items, please send a photo of your state or federal ID to contacts@tactoys.com with “ID Verify” & your order number in the subject line.  Please read our terms and conditions so you are compliant with your state laws.

At this stage we do not ship internationally, this will change in the near future. If you order from our store and enter the delivery address as a freight fowarding service to attempt to have your blaster sent internationally (Canada included,) we will not accept the product back for a return, refund, or store credit. This also applies to having the parcel shipped to the USA, then attempting to ship the blaster to an international Region. Being rejected by a freighfowarder or having your parcel siezed by another international boarder security team is a risk and choice solely on the customer, and not a cause for TacToys to accept your return for this reason.

No, Unfortunately not. Export law in Australia is strict in regards to Gel Blasters, and Australian Customs will sieze a Gel Blaster at international customs clearance. The Australian stock is only for domestic Australian sales.

Our primary headquarters is in Houston, Texas, and it is also our main dispatch hub. We ship from Texas, directly to your door, items are never shipped from international waters.

All online orders are immediately queued for dispatch once placed, and will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise (e.g pre-order items). Orders are currently only shipped Monday-Friday, orders placed after 1PM Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the next available business day. Orders placed with express shipping, please be advised we still need handling time to process your order, if your order is placed after 1PM Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the next available business day.

All orders are dispatched via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the courier website. From there, you will be able to track your delivery whilst it is in transit and out for delivery.

At this stage we are not offering pickup from our Texas warehouse, this will be available soon!

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. We know our customers want their items ASAP, so as soon as your order is placed, our team work hard to ensure that this is dispatched as quickly as possible (preorders are queued for dispatch once stock arrives).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you of this with a tracking link included. Your tracking will continue to update as your parcel makes its way to you.

Order insurance is a guarantee on delivery. If anything were to occur with the parcel whilst in transit, TacToys will cover all costs involved and will resolve any issues found with the couriers for you.

This is extremely concerning as all packages are checked meticulously prior to being dispatched, and we want to get this resolved for you immediately.

Please send over your order number, a photo of the package/items received, and the packing slip included in your package to contact@tactoys.com. We will investigate into what has happened and will have this sorted for you ASAP!
